Mantu is seeking a procurement professional to drive sourcing strategy and supplier relations across Finance, Legal, and Insurance in a fast-paced international environment.

You will lead end-to-end RFx processes, manage supplier performance, and identify cost savings while ensuring compliance with internal policies and governance. Fluency in English is required; French or Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• 2–5 years of procurement experience in a relevant role.
• Fundamentals of procurement: strategic sourcing, end-to-end RFx, contract management and renewal processes, spend analysis.
• Category knowledge: insurance market, indirect buying, finance topics (audit, tax, advisory).
• Experience with VMS and P2P processes.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the sourcing strategy for Finance, Legal, and Insurance.
• Lead end-to-end RFx processes: scoping, supplier selection, negotiation, contracting.
• Build and maintain relationships with Finance, Legal, Risk/Insurance teams across brands and countries.
• Manage supplier panel with performance monitoring and risk management.
• Identify cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation initiatives.
• Monitor market trends, benchmark pricing, and supplier innovation.
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and governance (Ivalua).
• Track and report category KPIs (savings, compliance, supplier performance).
• Support contract renewals and renegotiations.

As a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, you will drive sourcing strategy, supplier relationships, and cost optimization across the Finance, Legal, and Insurance category in a fast-paced international environment.

You will join our procurement team, operating within a multi-brand, multi-country group. As a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, you will drive sourcing strategy, supplier relationships, and cost optimization across the Finance, Legal, and Insurance category in a fast-paced international environment.

Your missions

• Define and execute the sourcing strategy for the Finance, Legal, and Insurance category, aligned with overall procurement and business objectives
• Lead end-to-end RFP/RFQ processes, including scoping, supplier selection, negotiation, and contracting
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Finance, Legal, Risk/Insurance teams) across the group's various brands and countries
• Manage and develop the supplier panel, including performance monitoring and risk management
• Identify and deliver cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation initiatives
• Monitor market trends, benchmark pricing, and supplier innovation within the category
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and governance frameworks (including platform usage, e.g. Ivalua)
• Track and report category KPIs (savings, compliance, supplier performance)
• Support contract renewals and lead renegotiations

Your profile

• Experience in procurement, with 2 to 5 years in a relevant role
• Experience with procurement fundamentals: strategic sourcing, end-to-end RFx process, contract management and renewal processes, spend analysis
• Category-specific knowledge: understanding the insurance market (broker models, policy structure, renewal cycles), indirect buyer experience, understanding of financial topics (audit, tax, advisory, etc.)
• Experience with tools such as VMS and P2P processes
• Academic background: Master’s degree
• English fluent. French or Spanish is a plus
• You demonstrate strong stakeholder management and communication skills
