Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a Restaurant Server to provide fast, friendly, and courteous service to guests. The role requires speaking English clearly, standing and moving for long periods, and lifting up to 40 pounds.

You will be part of a team that delivers hospitality in a busy casino dining environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests promptly, maintaining menu knowledge, executing opening and closing duties, and upholding liquor policy compliance.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Six months of customer service experience preferred.
• Must possess excellent communication skills.
• Ability to speak English clearly and interact with guests.

Responsabilidades

• Provide prompt, friendly service of food and beverage to guests.
• Greet guests in a friendly and courteous manner.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, wine lists, and daily specials.
• Handle guest inquiries and assist with coats and seating as needed.
• Follow all policies and procedures and work as part of a team.
