Crédit Agricole CIB Spain seeks a Trainee in Financial Client Services – Cash Management to assist in treasury operations, cash flows, and client services within the FCS team. You will collaborate closely with the Front Office, operational managers, and clients to ensure cross‑business continuity.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage cash flows and customer relationships.
• Analyze and validate payments exceeding account balance, overdrafts, with Front Office and client.
• Monitor and coordinate investigations into detected anomalies (overruns, overdue authorizations).
• Analyze and respond to compliance requests related to financial flows.
• Set up and manage cash flows as part of cash pooling activities.
• Maintain diary systems to ensure all actions on the portfolio are monitored.
• Ensure high interaction with Front Office to stay informed on Cash Management developments.
• Clarify the doubts that Back Office may have.
• Collaborate providing information on the portfolio to the Front Office, e.g., for annual reviews.
• Assist in implementing cross border Cash Management Treasury Offer.
• Support internal procedures, follow up transactions, documentation.
• Respond to customer requests, particularly related to cash flows, reports, and reconciliations.
• Propose improvements to reduce operational workload and enhance client satisfaction.
• Monitor daily indicators related to the client portfolio (quantitative and qualitative analysis).
• Prepare and attend customer meetings, including account reviews.
• Manage customer requests related to their Optimum contract and electronic connectivity systems.
• Maintain an ongoing relationship with Account Managers and Relationship Managers.
• Monthly reconciliation of Payments, Current Accounts & Client Remuneration
• Quarterly Internal reports requested by Head office.
