Job summary

Qualifications

• A completed university degree (second cycle or bachelor's degree).
• At least 36 months of verified professional experience in vocational guidance or a related social field.
• A valid Category B driving license.

• User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Trello is valued.

A social sector entity based in Palma, Mallorca, is currently seeking a committed Career Counselor for a full-time, indefinite position. In this impactful role, you will empower participants by helping them develop essential skills, access vocational resources, and integrate smoothly into the labor market.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will center on personalized socio-labor support and direct community engagement. Key tasks include:

• Assessing diverse professional profiles and career paths.
• Designing and monitoring individualized action plans agreed upon with participants and their families.
• Guiding and accompanying individuals to access vocational training and employment resources.
• Designing and leading individual and group training sessions aimed at boosting socio-labor competencies.
• Supporting participants with personal, social, and employment-related paperwork and administrative procedures.
• Assisting candidates during workplace onboarding and job retention.
• Coordinating with staff at educational institutions to identify training and work opportunities.
• Conducting business prospecting and employer outreach to secure work placements and internships.

Requirements

To qualify for this vacancy, you should have proven guidance skills and meet the following criteria:

• A completed university degree (second cycle or bachelor's degree).
• At least 36 months of verified professional experience in vocational guidance or a related social field.
• A valid Category B driving license.
• Schedule flexibility and availability to meet service needs.
• User-level proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Trello is valued.

You will join under a permanent contract with a gross annual salary of 27,174 euros, plus an additional 600 euros gross per year for personal vehicle availability. The standard schedule runs full-time, preferably from Monday to Friday between 09:00 and 17:00, with flexible entry and exit times adapted to operational requirements. The expected start date is October 19, 2026.
