The British School - El Colegio Británico in Madrid offers a full-time Care Assistant Internship for students or recent graduates passionate about working with children. This role provides hands-on experience supporting pupils’ emotional, practical, and developmental needs. The ideal candidate will have relevant university studies, strong communication skills, and an intermediate level of Spanish. Interns receive €400 gross per month and benefit from a school bus service. An internship agreement with a university is required.

Formación

• University studies related to Education, Childcare, Psychology, Health or a similar field.
• A caring, responsible, and patient approach to working with children.
• The ability to act as a positive role model within the school community.
