CNIC in Madrid seeks a Postdoctoral researcher in Cardiac tissue engineering and regenerative therapies. The successful candidate will be trained to engineer regenerative treatments, culture iPS cells, work with animal models, apply molecular biology and microscopy, and perform data analysis.

Funding comes from the EU via the HeartVISION project; candidates with a PhD in life sciences and a first-author CV are encouraged to apply. An English interview is part of the process.

Formación

• PhD in life sciences is mandatory.
• At least one first author publication in cardiovascular research.
• Experience with iPS cells, cardiac differentiation and molecular techniques is desired.

Responsabilidades

• Train in engineering regenerative therapies to improve cardiomyocyte engraftment.
• Culture iPS cells, use animal models, perform molecular biology and microscopy work.
• Analyze data and contribute to HeartVISION project objectives.
