A leading media production company is seeking a Camera & Video Technician in Barcelona. You will support photographers and videographers during live shoots, manage asset delivery, and ensure quality assurance. The ideal candidate should have experience with RAW image processing and automation scripting in PowerShell or Python. This role offers a daily rate of €280 and involves working 1 to 5 days per week with an ASAP start.

Camera & Video Technician

The Role

We are seeking technical specialists who can provide comprehensive support to Photographers and Videographers during live shoots, whilst ensuring quality assurance for all produced assets. This includes colour matching images to physical products and managing asset delivery to our editing team.

Duties

• Strong background in RAW image processing using CaptureOne, Adobe Suite, and DaVinci Resolve
• Experience in 2nd / 3rd line IT support with ability to handle complex technical challenges
• Basic coding knowledge (particularly PowerShell / Python) and script troubleshooting capabilities
• Exceptional organisational skills and proactive approach to technical maintenance
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills

The Person

Experience in a Camera & Video Technician role, or similar

Experience using CaptureOne, Adobe Suite, and DaVinci Resolve

Experience in automation scripting (PowerShell / Python)

Familiarity with AWS cloud services and tools

The Details

• Daily rate: €280 (Autónomo)
• Location: Barcelona, Spain
• Studio-based (onsite)
• Ongoing temporary assignment
• Working days: 1 to 5 days per week (depending on workload)
• Start date: ASAP
