Job Responsibilities
  • Prepare the necessary material for your work: products, utensils, machinery, etc.
  • Clean and repair rooms and common areas, checking the condition of facilities and furniture.
  • Follow the occupation report and perform all cleaning tasks, including bed making, ventilation, clothing placement, replacement of hygiene items, documents, minibar items, and ensuring the room’s condition meets standards.
  • Attend to guests during their stay and handle lost items.
  • Manage complaints and requests, satisfying guests when possible, and control items that might be left behind according to protocol.
  • Collect and clean your personal work materials, send laundry to the dormer, and fill necessary reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • ESI (Secondary education).
  • Desirable experience in similar positions.
  • Desirable English language skills.
  • Hostelería knowledge is a plus.
  • Customer‑orientation, teamwork, order and quality focus, motivation and responsibility.
  • Strong organizational skills.
