Barceló Group busca personal para servicios de alimentos y bebidas en sus hoteles. Se valorará experiencia y formación en hostelería, con Inglés alto; se exige capacidad de trabajar en equipo, tolerancia al estrés y buena imagen personal. Ofrecen movilidad y desarrollo profesional dentro del grupo.

La posición es temporal y se specializa en atención al cliente y coordinación de servicios de alimentos y bebidas en entornos de hospitalidad de Barceló Hotel Group.

Formación

• Formación: Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería y APPCC.
• Experiencia mínima de 1 año en puesto similar.
• Inglés alto.
• Conocimientos en coctelería, restauración y hostelería.
• Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
• Tolerancia al estrés.
• Imagen personal cuidada.
• Buenas habilidades sociales.
• Orientación al cliente.

Responsabilidades

• Ejecutar, de manera cualificada, autónoma y responsable, el servicio y venta de alimentos y bebidas.
• Recibir a los clientes y acomodarles en caso de que sea necesario.
• Ofrecer atención directa al cliente en el consumo de alimentos y bebidas.
• Encargarse de la preparación, montaje y desmontaje de los servicios: organización de mesas y sillas.
• Conservar, mantener y preparar las áreas y útiles de trabajo necesarios.

What will you do?

• Ejecutar, de manera cualificada, autónoma y responsable, el servicio y venta de alimentos y bebidas.
• Recibir a los clientes y acomodarles en caso de que sea necesario.
• Ofrecer atención directa al cliente en el consumo de alimentos y bebidas.
• Encargarse de la preparación, montaje y desmontaje de los servicios: preparación y organización de mesas y sillas, etc.
• Conservar, mantener y preparar las áreas y útiles de trabajo necesarios para el correcto desarrollo del servicio.

What are we looking for?

• Formación: Ciclo Formativo Grado Medio en Hostelería. Formación en APPCC.
• Experiencia: mínima 1 año en puesto similar.
• Idiomas: Inglés alto.
• Se valorarán conocimientos en: coctelería, restauración, hostelería.
• Capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
• Tolerancia al estrés.
