Job summary

Accenture is seeking experienced Calypso Consultants to join strategic technology transformation programs within the Capital Markets and Financial Services sector. You will work on complex initiatives that help leading financial institutions modernize their technology landscape, optimize operations, and drive business value.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience working with the Calypso platform.
• Experience within Financial Services, Investment Banking, or Capital Markets environments.
• Strong understanding of business analysis, requirements gathering, and solution design.
• Experience delivering functional and/or technical implementations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in business and technology transformation projects from inception through implementation.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable and effective solutions.
• Define project scope and gather functional and technical requirements.
• Produce detailed functional and technical specifications.
• Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and solution designs.
• Coordinate and support the implementation and integration of Calypso-based solutions.
• Collaborate with business, architecture, and development teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Support change management initiatives and user adoption activities.
• Apply strong functional and technical expertise in Capital Markets environments.
