eduki is seeking a Product Lead for the Buyer Experience to own end-to-end strategy across discovery, decision, and transactions. You will lead a team of PMs, a Product Analyst and UX designers, while driving experimentation and accountability across the stream.

You will partner with engineering, marketing, supply and data to align product goals, coach teams, and shape quarterly priorities in a fast-growing, remote Spain-based setup. English fluency is essential.

Formación

• Led a team of Product Managers and governed a product stream.
• Experience with discovery, decision-making, and transaction flows.
• Strong data-driven decision making and dashboard reading.
• Excellent cross-team collaboration and stakeholder alignment.
• Fluent English communication in an international team.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end product strategy for the Buyer Stream and set quarterly priorities.
• Present and defend priorities to leadership and C-level.
• Lead and develop Product Managers, a Product Analyst and UX designers.
• Coach PMs to raise strategic thinking and product craft; drive experimentation.
• Partner with Engineering, Marketing, Supply and Data to align on goals.
