El candidato ideal tendrá entre 5 y 8 años de experiencia en factores humanos o ingeniería de sistemas complejos. Se requiere habilidad en liderazgo de equipos y desarrollo de negocios, así como fluidez en español e inglés. Formación

• 5–8+ años de experiencia en factores humanos, UX o ingeniería de sistemas complejos.
• Experiencia comprobada en gestión de equipos y liderazgo de proyectos.
• Exposición demostrada al desarrollo de negocios en entornos industriales.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar y gestionar un equipo de consultores.
• Asegurar la excelencia operativa y apoyar el desarrollo del equipo.
• Desarrollar y fortalecer relaciones con clientes existentes.

Job description :

We are looking for a Business Unit Manager to lead and develop the client’s Spanish operations.

Reporting to Group Management, the role combines team leadership, business development and strategic growth. Main responsibilities of the Business Unit Manager will be to :

• Lead and manage a team of consultants.
• Ensure operational excellence and support team development.
• Develop and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
• Drive business development and secure new assignments.
• Contribute to the long‑term growth strategy in Spain.
• Coordinate closely with Group and Sector Management.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years’ experience in human factors, UX or complex systems engineering.
• Proven experience in team management, project leadership and client relationship management.
• Demonstrated exposure to business development in industrial or engineering environments.

Education

• Master’s degree in Engineering or Human Factors.

Languages

• Binligual in Spanish and English.
• A third-European language would be a strong plus.
