Una empresa líder en nutrición en Cataluña busca un Gerente de Unidad de Negocio para liderar estrategias comerciales en el sector de nutrición. El candidato ideal tendrá entre 7 y 10 años de experiencia en la industria, fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y la capacidad de gestionar relaciones internacionales. Formación

  • Mínimo 7-10 años de experiencia en la industria de la nutrición.
  • Experiencia demostrada en ventas y gestión de socios internacionales.
  • Dominio del inglés y otros idiomas deseables.

CN Labs is a business unit developing and producing products for third parties. We provide a wide range of products (Bars, Gels. RTD Beverages, RTD Shakes, Powders, Puddings and Shots), designed and adapted to our customers' needs. We carry out research to offer specialists new nutritional solutions that cover our customers' needs.

Job Summary - Mission

The Business Unit Manager will be responsible for leading and driving the strategic and operational success of the CDMO business unit. This role will oversee sales and commercial operations. The role will work with R&D and Operations to ensure alignment with the company's overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial thinking, and a result-driven approach as well as enough product technical skills to improve the future portfolio (personalized offering).

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales and Customer Management: Lead client meetings and co-work product development.
  • Lead Commercial: Get new customers. Plan and organize attendance at industry trade shows.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster relationships with key customers and industry partners to enhance business opportunities.
  • Team leading: Manage KAM and supervise the commercial operations – customer service (mainly Europe and LATAM)
  • Product Development: Analyze clients' briefs and nutritional requests to design the product that best meets the client's requirements
  • Project Management and operational excellence: Coordinate internal processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Tracking projects from the beginning to the validation of designs and production planning.
  • Collaboration with the R&D and Regulatory to track projects
  • Collaboration with the Regulatory to monitor regulations that affect our products, as well as to validate designs with clients and printing.
  • Lead customer service and coordinate with quality to support customers
  • Lead the BU strategy implementation and business plans.
  • Financial Management: Monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness

What we ́re looking for

Qualifications:

  • Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food sciences (CTA, Nutrition), Life Sciences (Biology, Pharma, ...), or a related field.
  • Business Master is a desirable qualification.
  • English is a must and other languages are desirable.

Experience:

Minimum 7-10 years of experience in the nutrition industry, with a proven track record in sales and proven experience managing international partners, budgets and financial performance effectively.

Skills:

Excellent negotiation abilities.

Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Strong leadership and people management skills.

Mindset with a focus on results.

Adaptability in a fast-paced, evolving market.

Work Environment

The position is mainly office-based in Tradebe Health and Nutrition offices, the position requires traveling to assess business needs (e.g. Customer meetings and events)
