A leading international bank seeks a Business Lead for Growth & Digital focusing on the Affluents segment in Madrid. At ING we are looking for Business Lead Growth & Digital for Affluents
The purpose of this role is to work closely with the head of Affluents to strategically lead the development and execution of initiatives that drive growth enhance client engagement and elevate the overall performance of the Affluents segment. Central to this responsibility is providing leadership over digital channels and customer communications ensuring seamless and effective engagement across all touchpoints to support these strategic objectives in close alignment with Digital Growth and Marketing teams.
Run the strategy office for Affluents. Develop manage and monitor strategy commercial and financial projections & prepare corporate presentations for senior internal & external stakeholders.
Instill data driven decisions (inc. modelling leveraging on the banks data capabilities) to among others define and monitor (a) customer eligibility criteria to enter / exit the Affluents segment and (b) sales performance. Use customer analytics to understand behaviors and trends enabling proactive management and competitiveness.
Lead the refinement of the digital sales funnel to acquire and develop affluent clients. Design and implement targeted acquisition strategies develop personalized engagement and ensure seamless onboarding.
Develop and manage a unified communications plan covering both operational and commercial messaging. Craft impactful campaigns to increase client engagement all in close coordination with the growth & digital PI tribes to meet the segments evolving needs.
Drive the evolution of the digital experience tailored to the segment together with the digital and UX teams

Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or similar; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 12 years in banking with at least 5 years leading teams and managing complex channels or products. Background in Private Banking is a plus.
Spanish and English (high proficiency).

El propósito de este rol es trabajar estrechamente con la persona responsable de Affluents para liderar estratégicamente el desarrollo y la ejecución de iniciativas que impulsen el crecimiento mejoren la interacción con clientes / as y eleven el rendimiento general del segmento Affluents. Una parte central de esta responsabilidad es liderar los canales digitales y las comunicaciones con clientes / as garantizando una interacción fluida y efectiva en todos los puntos de contacto para apoyar estos objetivos estratégicos en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de Digital Growth y Marketing.
Gestionar la oficina de estrategia para Affluents. Desarrollar administrar y supervisar la estrategia proyecciones comerciales y financieras y preparar presentaciones corporativas para personas interesadas internas y externas de alto nivel.
Impulsar decisiones basadas en datos (incluyendo modelización y aprovechamiento de las capacidades de datos del banco) para definir y monitorizar entre otros (a) criterios de elegibilidad de clientes / as para entrar / salir del segmento Affluents y (b) rendimiento comercial. Utilizar analítica de clientes / as para comprender comportamientos y tendencias habilitando una gestión proactiva y competitiva.
Liderar la mejora del embudo digital de ventas para captar y desarrollar clientes / as Affluents. Diseñar e implementar estrategias de adquisición específicas desarrollar interacciones personalizadas y garantizar una incorporación fluida.
Desarrollar y gestionar un plan de comunicación unificado que cubra mensajes operativos y comerciales. Crear campañas impactantes para aumentar la interacción con clientes / as en estrecha coordinación con los tribes de Growth y Digital para responder a las necesidades cambiantes del segmento.
Impulsar la evolución de la experiencia digital adaptada al segmento junto con los equipos de Digital y UX.

Grado en Finanzas Economía Administración de Empresas o similar; MBA valorado.
Mínimo 12 años en banca con al menos 5 liderando equipos y gestionando canales o productos complejos. Experiencia en Banca Privada es un plus.
