Job summary

RemoFirst, a global HR platform, is hiring a Business Intelligence Analyst to translate business requirements into dashboards and reports. You will partner with stakeholders and Data Engineers to define KPIs and enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of BI or data analytics experience.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience with BI and data visualization tools (prefer QuickSight).
• Experience designing analytical datasets with dimensional modeling.
• Proven track record delivering dashboards/reports using BI best practices.
• Solid knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.

As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, you will be responsible for translating business requirements into trusted dashboards, reports, and analytical datasets.
