PRGX in Madrid is seeking a Business Information Analyst to transform data into actionable insights for audit teams. You will work on data transformations, modeling, and scalable data delivery.

You will design workflows with DBT, Prefect, and Airflow, use SQL and Python, and collaborate across teams to automate processes and improve governance.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of Trino, SQL and Python.
• 2–3 years of experience in business analysis or data roles.
• Excellent communication and adaptability; team player.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze data requirements and design scalable data workflows.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver data solutions for audit processes.
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using DBT, Prefect and Airflow.
• Develop RPA solutions with Python and Selenium where applicable.
• Contribute to data governance and automation initiatives.

• Job Title: Business Informartion Analyst

Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Experience with DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation, modeling, and workflow automation.
• Knowledge of modern data platforms and cloud ecosystems, including GCP and Snowflake, especially for enabling scalable data consumption for clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and efficient solutions for audit teams.
• Design and maintain data workflows and orchestration pipelines using Prefect and Airflow.
• Support and develop RPA solutions using Python and Selenium.
• Contribute to data governance initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to automate and optimize processes using AI and intelligent automation.

Knowledge & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Knowledge of Trino, SQL, and Python
• At least 2–3 years of experience in business analysis, data, or related roles
• Strong communication and adaptability skills
• Ability to detect, analyze, and solve problems efficiently
• Team-oriented mindset (we are team players!)
• Fluent English is a must
• Interest in process improvement, automation, and AI applications
• Proactive attitude towards learning and optimizing existing workflows
