Una empresa farmacéutica está en búsqueda de un Especialista en Desarrollo de Negocios que contribuya a la definición de su cartera de productos. Esta posición implica prospectar nuevas oportunidades, colaborar con equipos multifuncionales y presentar soluciones innovadoras. Se requiere experiencia en la industria farmacéutica, excelente capacidad de comunicación en español e inglés, y habilidades analíticas. La compañía ofrece un entorno de trabajo colaborativo y la posibilidad de participar en conferencias anuales.

Formación

  • Mínimo 1-2 años de experiencia en la industria farmacéutica, preferiblemente en desarrollo de negocios.
  • Dominio avanzado del español y del inglés.
  • Habilidades de Excel y análisis de datos.

Responsabilidades

  • Prospección y evaluación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio en todo el mundo.
  • Investigación de mercado y análisis de área terapéutica.
  • Coordinación de equipos transversales y resolución de problemas durante la evaluación del proyecto.

General Responsibility

As the Business Development Specialist, you’ll play a key role in the portfolio definition of the company, providing new solutions to patients. You will support the candidates identification, project evaluation through cross functional teams and proposing the selected candidates to the board. This role involves close collaboration with the Business Development team and other external departments.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Prospect, identify and evaluate new business opportunities worldwide
  • Conduct in-depth market research, therapeutic area analysis
  • Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries and propose creative solutions or business models in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate transversal teams and solve problems and doubts during the project evaluation.
  • Provide regular reports on progress and opportunities
  • Support in any other activities required in the Business Development Department.

Requirements and personal skills:

  • Languages: Spanish and English (advanced level)
  • Experience (years/area): 1-2 years in Pharma industry, preferred in business development (generic business)
  • Specific Knowledge: Excel skills, data analysis
  • Travels: No (occasional to 1-2 conferences/year)
  • Personal skills: Excellent communication skills, proactive, goal-oriented approach with a high level of self-motivation, driven approach towards decision making, ability to work independently and within a team is a must. Good organizational skills and problem solving.
