Cross Border Talents is seeking a Business Development Representative with German to drive GenAI Ads Solutions from Barcelona in a hybrid setup. You will identify, engage, and close new clients using consultative sales and strong digital marketing knowledge.

The role offers a base salary of €30,000 gross/year plus an uncapped on-target bonus (€5,175) and private health insurance, with relocation support to Barcelona and growth opportunities.

Formación

• German language at C1 level and English at B2 level.
• Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem).
• Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification.
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience in outbound sales and cold calling.

Purpose of the RoleThis role focuses on identifying, engaging, and closing new clients. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter with strong digital marketing knowledge and a passion for consultative sales. Having curiosity, a commercial drive and a customer-centric approach are critical.Requirements

• Language Skills: C1 level of German and B2 level of English
• Strong digital marketing knowledge (SEO, PPC, Ads ecosystem, advanced client knowledge)
• Experience in pre-sales/lead qualification
• Proven experience in B2B sales or business development
• Experience using Salesforce or other CRM tools
• Experience in outbound sales and cold calling

Relocation package:

• Flight expenses to Barcelona
• 1 month of accommodation in a nice studio apartment provided upon arrival while you find your permanent home
