Job description

The Business Development Representative (BDR) will contact US companies, speaking to IT managers on the phone. There is no selling on the phone; the aim is to generate a lead by arranging a meeting between the IT manager and a client’s sales representative. You will work closely with sales experts from clients such as Intel, Dell and Fujitsu, learning industry best practices while building your own network of decision‑makers worldwide.

Responsibilities
  • Engage with key decision‑makers: connect and initiate conversations with IT managers on the phone to understand their current tech setup.
  • Spark interest: present our client’s innovative IT solutions and show how they can help optimise processes and increase productivity.
  • Create high‑value opportunities: set up meetings between prospects and our client’s sales experts to move the conversation forward.

To prepare you for this role we offer a comprehensive four‑week onboarding programme designed to equip you to excel as a BDR.

Benefits and Compensation
  • Uncapped commission system – average earnings of €687 per month in incentives, adding €8 244 annually on top of a base salary of approximately €1 730 per month.
  • High‑performance colleagues with only one year of experience earn over €840 monthly in compensation.
  • Potential annual commission up to €20 700.
  • Permanent contract with flexible hours Monday‑Friday 14:00–20:30 (30 hours).
  • Option to work some days from home under company rules.
  • Internal training via Learning & Development.
  • Free transportation from Moncloa and El Pinar de las Rozas’ Cercanías station by corporate bus.
  • Well‑being initiatives – free yoga, fitness courses, in‑house physiotherapy.
  • Free breakfast before work and Friday afternoon BBQ.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in sales and/or telemarketing is a plus but not required.
  • Experience in customer service is a plus but not required.
  • Previous CRM experience is desirable but not required.
  • Target‑driven mentality and can‑do attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
