Business Development Representative (BDR)

The role focuses on calling companies in Australia and New Zealand, speaking with IT managers. The objective is to gather information and generate qualified leads, setting up meetings between the IT manager and the client’s sales representative. No selling over the phone.

Responsibilities
  • Call IT managers in Australia and New Zealand to collect relevant information.
  • Create qualified leads and secure meetings for clients such as Intel, Dell, Fujitsu.
  • Participate in the signature Warm Handover™ process and collaborate with client sales experts.
  • Build and maintain a network of decision‑makers worldwide.
Qualifications
  • Native English speaker.
  • High level of another European language desirable but not required.
  • Experience in a phone‑based role.
  • Target‑driven mentality and can‑do attitude.
  • Resident of the Madrid Region (Comunidad de Madrid) and able to work in Spain legally (full‑time).
  • Availability for the early‑morning shift: Monday‑Friday 5:00 am‑11:00 am.
Compensation & Benefits
  • Monthly base salary approx €1,730 (€20,700 per year).
  • Uncapped commission system with progressive levels per lead.
  • Full‑time permanent contract with 30 hours per week during the early‑morning shift.
  • Internal training via Learning & Development and a comprehensive four‑week onboarding program.
  • Free transport from Moncloa and from the E. Pinar de las Rozas Cercanías Station by corporate bus.
