Position : Business Development Representative (Dutch)
Location : Barcelona Spain (hybrid role)

Renumeration : base salary perfromance bonus.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive new business by identifying high-potential prospects and achieving quarterly SQO targets
- Execute outbound calls and emails to engage decision-makers understand needs and present tailored cloud solutions
- Educate clients on available technologies and align solutions with their business goals
- Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to maximize conversion rates and overall pipeline performance.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
- Native / fluen level of Dutch and strong English communication skills both verbal and written
- Previous experience in outbound or B2B sales ideally within IT or cloud solutions
- Understanding of cloud computing and consultative sales principles
- Proactive target-driven and comfortable working in a phone-based environment
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Experience in outbound / B2B sales or business development (ideally in IT or cloud solutions)
- Basic understanding of cloud computing and Google Cloud Platform concepts.
- Youll generate sales pipeline for Google products in the Dutch market as part of a major BPOs BDR / SDR team.
