A competitive recruitment agency is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive new business and engage Dutch-speaking clients. This hybrid role in Barcelona requires native Dutch and strong English skills, along with experience in outbound or B2B sales. You will execute sales strategies and collaborate with internal teams to enhance conversion rates. The position offers a competitive salary and numerous benefits including relocation support.

Formación

Position : Business Development Representative (Dutch)

Location : Barcelona Spain (hybrid role)

Employment type : contract

Renumeration : base salary perfromance bonus.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive new business by identifying high-potential prospects and achieving quarterly SQO targets
  • Execute outbound calls and emails to engage decision-makers understand needs and present tailored cloud solutions
  • Educate clients on available technologies and align solutions with their business goals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize conversion rates and overall pipeline performance.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Native / fluen level of Dutch and strong English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in outbound or B2B sales ideally within IT or cloud solutions
  • Understanding of cloud computing and consultative sales principles
  • Proactive target-driven and comfortable working in a phone-based environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Experience in outbound / B2B sales or business development (ideally in IT or cloud solutions)
  • Basic understanding of cloud computing and Google Cloud Platform concepts.
  • Youll generate sales pipeline for Google products in the Dutch market as part of a major BPOs BDR / SDR team.
