A leading travel service provider in Sant Cugat del Vallès is seeking a talented Business and Partnership Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in the company. You will develop new relationships, maintain existing partnerships, and think critically to ensure project success. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in business development, fluent English, and familiarity with the B2B landscape. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in our business operations, supporting our continuous growth and expansion.

Responsibilities
  • Develop new relationships in an effort to grow business and help the company expand.
  • Maintain existing business.
  • Think critically when planning to assure project success.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales or partnerships.
  • Understands the dynamics of the B2B - B2B2C value chain.
  • Strong relationship-building with product, contracting, and commercial teams.
  • Experience with XML/API integrations, ancillary upselling, and value-added service packaging are a plus.
  • Skilled in pitching solutions that enhance the end‑user (traveler) experience while driving partner revenue.
  • Fluent in English; Spanish, French, or German are strong assets depending on region.
