Responsabilidades

  • Look for new Customers in the Spanish market for Project Logistics and FTL services.
  • Establish and maintain a plan of meetings with Customers.
  • Attract new Customers and develop existing relationships.
  • Close sales objectives on time.
  • Negotiate payment terms and monitor contracts.
  • Identify Customer’s needs and maintain their portfolio.
  • Evaluate Customer satisfaction.

We are offering you to join our team as a Business Development Manager for Project Logistics and FTL services in our branch in Madrid!

Main responsibilities
  • Active worklooking for new Customers in the Spanishmarket majoring in selling Project Logistics and FTL services.
  • Establishment and maintenance of a plan of meetings with the Customers.
  • Attraction of new Customers, retention and development of Customers.
  • Work with Sales Lists; on time closing of the set objectives.
  • Conclusion and maintenance of contracts, negotiating payment terms; monitoring and updating of contracts and relating agreements; registering all the necessary requirements and agreements in the electronic document management system.
  • Identification of regularity of Customer’s needs (regular, sporadic, seasonal, projective) and registering the information in the Customer’s portfolio.
  • Evaluation of Customer satisfaction and the work on nonconformity.
  • Usage of the CRM system to document client activity, create proposals, process orders, and forecast sales.
