Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across regulated and emerging markets.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners and key decision-makers.
  • Lead commercial negotiations and structure deals that deliver value for both the client and the company.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and networking events, promoting the games, products, and services.
  • Collaborate with legal and operations teams to finalise contracts and ensure smooth onboarding and go-live processes.
  • Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on pipeline progress, forecasts, and market feedback.
  • Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets while aligning with overall business strategy.
  • Contribute to refining and optimising business development processes and best practices.
  • Act as a mentor to junior team members and share knowledge of product and market dynamics.
  • Drive market entry strategies by assessing local regulations, compliance requirements, and competitive landscapes.
Requirements
