Senior Business Development Manager - Defence & Aerospace - Quantum Computing - Spain (remote)

Join a fast-growing deep-tech company shaping the future of quantum computing and AI. We have an international team of 150+ experts building cutting-edge software used by top-tier companies across industries like finance, energy, and manufacturing.

We’re looking for a Business Development professional to lead growth in the defense and aerospace sectors. You’ll work closely with technical teams and customers to deliver high-impact solutions, build strong relationships, and drive new business.

What You'll Do

  • Lead sales efforts and close six- to seven-figure deals
  • Identify and grow new opportunities in defense and aerospace
  • Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders
  • Coordinate demos, proposals, and technical support
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams
  • Represent the company at industry events
  • Provide customer feedback to improve products

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years in sales/consulting (tech/engineering focus)
  • 2+ years in defense sector, with strong network
  • Experience with public procurement and startups/scale-ups
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
