Una empresa de consultoría innovadora busca un Consultor de Negocios para unirse a su equipo en Barcelona, especializado en organizaciones de salud. El candidato desempeñará un papel clave en la definición y ejecución de estrategias de transformación digital, trabajando en colaboración con clientes y gestionando equipos junior. Se requiere una licenciatura relacionada y más de 3 años de experiencia en consultoría. Se ofrece un excelente entorno de trabajo y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional.

Formación

• Más de 3 años de experiencia en consultoría.
• Competencia en inglés y español; otros idiomas son ventajosos.

Your role:

• Define digital transformation strategy (external transformation, internal transformation and business model transformation)
• Define and execute quantitative and qualitative analysis to assess customer requirements
• Analyse client needs and diagnose the actual situation
• Identify potentials solutions to the current situation
• Build project and commercial proposal deliverables according to NTT Data quality standards
• Prepare and present commercial offers
• Prepare and conduct workshops with the client and project stakeholders
• Defend commercial approaches and deliverables in high level stakeholders
• Supervise junior consultants: efficiently organize their work plan, control the quality of their deliverables and coach them to develop high standards of quality
• Present projects results and deliverables to client meetings
• Coordinate the meetings with the client management team to share and validate results to take business decisions
• Contribute to the Business Consulting division development

Specific requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Political science or similar
• Health specific training (optional/non mandatory). Public Health, Medicine, Pharmacy, Bioengineering or similar
• Over 3 years of experience in consultancy
• Proficiency in English and Spanish; other languages advantageous
