Veeva Systems in Spain is seeking a Consultant in the Global Content Practice to help life sciences clients accelerate patient access by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will reshape operating models, drive organizational change, and measure tangible business value.

You’ll shape new end-to-end content operating models—from AI-enabled tier-based MLR to content strategy refinement—delivering personalized, compliant content to HCPs and patients, while mentoring

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred).
• Domain knowledge in Content Operating Models, Med/Legal/Reg Review, and Content Strategy.
• Strong analytical and quantitative/qualitative reasoning.
• Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Master Class pathway for 3-5 years experience, advanced degree or military background.

• Lead project workstreams from end-to-end, ensuring the high-quality design and delivery of customer solutions
• Solve complex problems for Life Sciences leaders, leveraging Veeva’s unique data and software insights

The Role

As a Consultant in our Global Content Practice, you will help customers bring treatments to patients faster by transforming how they work with Technology, Data, and AI. You will focus on reshaping operating models, driving organizational change, and measuring tangible business value.

You will have the opportunity to shape new ways of working in the end-to-end content operating model – from incorporating AI into a tier-based MLR process, to refining content creation strategy through Claims and Modular Content. These processes and tools help customers get personalized, impactful content to market faster, allowing them to quickly communicate important information to HCPs and patients.

Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years in Life Sciences Consulting (Business or Management Consulting preferred)
• Domain Knowledge: Proven expertise in Content Operating Models, Med/Legal/Reg Review, and Content Strategy
• Analytical Rigor: A strong mindset for both quantitative and qualitative reasoning
• Communication: Ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to senior stakeholders
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher

Compensation

• Total compensation: 49,000 - 80,000 EUR
• The total compensation range listed here has been provided to comply with local regulations and represents a potential total compensation range for this role. Please note that actual total compensation may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions. This position's total compensation may be composed of other types of compensation, such as variable bonus and/or stock bonus.
