Xcede is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to support a major LabWare LIMS implementation within an Analytical R&D environment in Spain.

You will lead people, process and operational change activities to ensure adoption of the new system across laboratory, quality and operational teams. The role partners with project managers and stakeholders to design change strategies, training and communications to enable a successful go-live.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct business change and impact assessments across laboratory processes, SOPs, roles and existing ways of working.
• Define and manage the transition from legacy processes to future-state LIMS-enabled ways of working.
• Partner with Project Managers, SMEs and business stakeholders on business process redesign and documentation of process changes.
• Develop and execute the overall change management strategy and plan for the programme.
• Create and coordinate stakeholder engagement and communications plans across laboratory, quality, R&D and operational teams.
• Identify impacted stakeholder groups and assess their change readiness.
• Support training needs analysis, training strategy and rollout planning ahead of go-live.
• Contribute to operational readiness documentation, including operating procedures, manuals and supporting materials.
• Manage stakeholder resistance and support teams throughout the change journey.
• Define and track change adoption and readiness measures, identifying areas requiring additional intervention.

Business Change Manager - LIMS Implementation Contract | Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences | Analytical R&D

We are looking for an experienced Business Change Manager to support a major LabWare LIMS implementation within an Analytical R&D environment.

The programme is replacing legacy laboratory systems with a new LabWare LIMS platform, resulting in significant changes to existing business processes, SOPs and ways of working across laboratory, quality and operational teams.

The Business Change Manager will take ownership of the people, process and operational change activities required to ensure affected teams are prepared for and successfully adopt the new system and future-state processes.
