A leading IT consultancy in Spain is looking for a Business Analyst to cover paternity leave. The ideal candidate must possess strong Excel skills and a minimum C1 in English, with experience in Power BI being a plus. The role involves data analysis, report production, and close collaboration with the Product Marketing Team. This position is hybrid, starting immediately with a salary range of €22K–€24K.

Formación

  • Minimum C1 level in English.
  • Experience using Excel for data analysis including Data manipulation and VLookups.
  • Ability to create and use pivot tables.

For one of our main IT customers based in Alcobendas, we are looking for a Business Analyst for a paternity leave coverage. The person will be in charge for the processing and analysis of sales and stock data. In addition to the production of the reports needded for the respective departments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Product Marketing Team across varying tasks including (and not limited to) Excel creation and analysis, supporting the surfacing of optimization and customer account analysis, PBI dashboard creation and account admin.
  • Serve as a point of contact, gathering escalation information and client / business impact as needed to send escalations for a quickly and professionally resolve client issues.
  • Effectively follow process and guidelines.
  • Review account health and provide proactive search optimizations.
  • Be able to collect data from multiple sources and build insightful views responding to business needs.
  • Prepare business insights, drive action plans and monitor / report on progress.
  • Refresh predefined quota distribution tools (excel reports) and communication to the organization.
Required Skills
  • Excellent Excel skills.
  • Analytical skills : Experienced using Excel to analyze information, including data manipulation, VLookups, creating and using pivot tables, and data analysis.
  • Experience in Power BI or similar will be valued.
  • Business Acumen.
