Formación

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong expertise in the HORECA industry to work hybrid with our client. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between the client and our internal teams, ensuring that business requirements are clearly understood and translated into effective solutions. Additionally, you will take on the role of Product Owner, ensuring that project goals align with the client's objectives and are delivered successfully.

What is this all about?
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact at the client site, understanding their business needs and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Business Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis, gather requirements, and document user stories specific to the hospitality and restaurant sectors.
  • Product Ownership: Prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring alignment with the client's strategic goals.
  • Requirements Management: Translate business needs into clear, detailed specifications and collaborate with design and development teams for smooth delivery.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to the client and internal teams on project progress, challenges, and risks.
  • Solution Design & Validation: Assist in the design and validation of the solution, ensuring it aligns with industry standards and best practices. Work with the client to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure the solution meets their needs.
  • Training & Support: Assist the client's team with training and ensure a smooth transition to the new solution.
Qualifications
Who are you?
  • Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline, or equivalent.
  • +8 years of relevant experience of system analysis or equivalent position in a relevant functional area, preferably in the industry of HORECA
  • Experience working in an Agile Methodology (Scrum) environment using design thinking methodology.
  • Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle
  • Experience in an agile project management context
  • Understanding of business processes and ability to translate it into application requirements.
  • Experience with effective communication at different levels in the organization and in English
  • Experience working in a global environment and with virtual teams.
