Red Global is seeking a Business Analyst to support a global pharmaceutical transformation programme in Madrid. The role focuses on translating business requirements into functional solutions across finance, controlling, ordering and indirect procurement, with JD Edwards as the primary ERP platform.

The position requires strong stakeholder management and experience in GxP environments, with exposure to SAP migration projects.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in finance, procurement or ERP transformation.
• Strong experience with JD Edwards; Oracle/JD Edwards experience is desirable.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

Responsabilidades

• Work with JD Edwards as the primary ERP platform; knowledge of SAP is an advantage.

We are looking for Business Analysts to support a global pharmaceutical transformation programme. The role will focus on translating business requirements into functional solutions across finance, controlling, ordering, and indirect procurement , with particular expertise in JD Edwards .

Start Date: 1 November 2026

Duration: 12 months with a possible extension

Location: Madrid, Spain

Working Model: Hybrid – 2–3 days per week in the Madrid office

Languages: English and Spanish required

Key Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into clear functional requirements and effective process solutions.
• Support finance, controlling, ordering, and indirect procurement processes.
• Work with JD Edwards as the primary ERP platform;
  knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365/Navision is an advantage.
• Support business process transition and integration towards SAP .
• Collaborate with global and local stakeholders, as well as Shared Service Centre teams.
• Support GxP-regulated processes within a pharmaceutical environment.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.
• Contribute to a project-based transformation environment through 2027/28.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within finance, procurement, ERP, or business transformation.
• Strong experience with JD Edwards ;
  Oracle/JD Edwards experience is highly desirable.
• Proven experience translating business requirements into functional requirements and process improvements.
• Strong understanding of finance, controlling, and procurement processes , particularly indirect procurement.
• Experience working with Shared Service Centres and geographically distributed teams.
• Pharmaceutical or GxP experience is strongly preferred.
• Exposure to SAP transformation or migration projects is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across business and technology teams.
