At Winning Consulting, we are seeking a Business Analyst / PM

to be part of our dynamic team. This role involves working on an exciting project for one of our key clients in the banking sector in Madrid (hybrid).

Coordinate and engage with Stakeholders, development teams to analyse and deliver Control solution.

• Take a consulting approach to understand the business problems and propose the functional / technical solutions based on industry best practices.
• Implement IT Project governance, risk management, RAID logs along with consistent and accurate reporting.
• Responsible for consolidating requirements in the Backlog before scoping and scaling into the detailed planning process.

Strong Agile project management, business analysis and solution delivery skills with strong grounding in technology and data. Previous experience of using agile methodologies (Scrum, Jira, User stories etc.) Experience of structured problem solving, As-Is / To-be analysis, and data analysis.

• Ability to lead project team members and contribute to the overall delivery.
• Confident and practised communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage a portfolio of work and representing IT in senior management steering committees and workgroups.
