Are you an experienced civil engineering professional looking to take on significant renovation and building projects in the hospitality sector? A well-established hotel chain is currently seeking a Building and Construction Specialist to join their technical operations in Palma, Mallorca. In this role, you will be deeply involved in maintaining and elevating the infrastructure of hotel establishments across the island, ensuring that all structural and architectural interventions meet rigorous technical standards.

Main tasks

• Participating actively in the technical planning, coordination, and scheduling of new construction, renovation, refurbishment, and structural improvement works across hotel properties.
• Carrying out technical monitoring, site supervision, and rigorous quality control throughout each phase of execution.
• Tracking project timelines, budgets, and specifications to ensure works are delivered in accordance with planning.
• Coordinating technical documentation, measurements, and project details in close alignment with operational teams and external contractors.

Requirements

• A completed university degree in Civil Engineering (Grado or Licenciatura en Ingeniería Civil).
• A minimum of 3 years (36 months) of relevant professional experience in construction, building works, or technical site management.
• Solid proficiency in technical software and office tools, specifically AutoCAD, PRESTO, and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong technical acumen, attention to detail, and the ability to oversee complex project workflows effectively.
