Responsibilities include defining technical solutions, managing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring the timely delivery of engineering packages. The ideal candidate should have a degree in engineering or architecture, experience in the full project lifecycle, and competencies in MS Office, BIM, and AI. Proficiency in Spanish, English, and French, along with some mobility for national and international projects, is required. As Project Manager of IPS, you will have the responsibility for the planning and management in a wide range of packages and / or complete projects, ranging from small improvements to large projects.
Lead and coordinate engineering activities during all project phases: conceptual, basic and detailed engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
Manage and ensure the timely delivery of engineering packages and interfaces with other disciplines (civil, architectural, mechanical, electrical).
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans in coordination with project management.
Review and approve technical drawings, specifications, and documentation prepared by junior engineers and subcontractors.
Conduct or support technical and commercial vendor evaluations and procurement activities.
Provide technical support and guidance during site construction and commissioning, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.
Manage projects under BIM Methodology.
Coordinate sustainability and consulting projects.
Act as an owner representative for clients, with direct management of contractors, and internal teams.
Mentor and support junior engineers and trainees.
Degree OR Master’s in Building engineering, Civil engineering, or Architecture.
Experience on a whole life cycle building civil project: master planning, feasibility, permitting, civil works and main infrastructure needs, contracting and construction management and supervision.
Competences: MS Office, Office package, BIM and AI. Spanish, English and French. National and international mobility depending on the project. Permanent contract.
