Formación

• Currently studying or completed a degree related to business or engineering.
• Fluent in English with high Excel proficiency.
• Possess strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Support global Organizational & Development team with change management.

• Assist with organizational design and data tracking.
• Contribute to One DBS organizational design adjustments.

Responsibilities

• Support the global Organizational & Development team with change management activities to ensure sustainable change and data management.
• Provide and analyze data for decision-making.
• Assist in translating organizational design and accurately tracking data.
• Contribute to ensuring the proper landing of One DBS organizational design and its adjustments through solid change management-related activities.

About You

• You are currently studying or have completed a degree in ADE, CTA, Technical Engineering, Business, or a similar field.
• You have analytical capacity.
• You have strong communication skills.
• You are fluent in English.
• Your Excel level is high.
• You are eager to learn in a multinational environment.
