Atelier Madre, a Barcelona-based independent leather goods brand, is seeking a visual creator to shape our visual identity and produce photography and video for our website, social media and brand communications.

You will work closely with the founder, have access to products and workshop, and be encouraged to propose ideas. Tools and equipment are provided, and you will own shoots from planning to post-production.

Qualifikationen

• Demonstrated visual eye with portfolio.
• Strong photography and video skills including lighting and sound.
• Ability to plan shoots and deliver finished assets independently.
• Familiar with social media storytelling for Instagram and TikTok.
• Confident communication, on-site availability in Barcelona, and right to work in Spain.

Aufgaben

• Develop our visual identity with art direction, styling, lighting and visual language.
• Create engaging formats and recurring series for Instagram and TikTok.
• Plan shoots, photograph and film, direct on camera, and handle editing/post-production.
• Produce visual assets for website and brand communications, maintaining identity and product accuracy.
• Test concepts and edits using audience response and feedback to improve future versions.
