ABOUT THE ROLE

The Brand Insights Manager owns client portfolios and delivers high-quality insights and recommendations. They are responsible for building strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring timely and impactful reporting. Managers also play a key role in mentoring Analysts, delegating tasks where appropriate and surfacing client or workload challenges to the Leads. This role bridges hands‑on reporting with leadership development, preparing Managers for future senior roles.

What you’ll do :
  • Own a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and measurable impact.
  • Lead client account reviews and ensure consistent communication around reporting, data and platform needs.
  • Deliver insightful reports and recommendations that connect client goals to measurable outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide Analysts, delegating reporting tasks to support their development.
  • Escalate complex client situations to the Strategic Lead and flag workload balance concerns to the Team Lead.
  • Contribute to best practices in reporting, data storytelling, and client engagement.
  • Support Sales by identifying opportunities for upsell and cross‑sell.
  • Continuously develop knowledge of Launchmetrics’ platform and methodology to act as a strategic partner to clients continuously driving value and ROI connecting their goals to outcomes and developing relationships with multiple stakeholders and customer teams.
  • Present actionable reports to customers, acting as a thought leader to make recommendations around their brand performance.
  • Explore and apply AI‑assisted analysis and prompting techniques to optimize workflows, storytelling, and data interpretation.
ABOUT YOU
Who You Are :
  • Native French speaker or equivalency
  • 5 years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or client‑facing insights roles
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver measurable outcomes
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and comfort with data‑driven storytelling
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to coach and support junior team members
  • Adaptable, organized, and proactive in complex environments
  • Collaborative mindset, eager to contribute to team success
  • Deals with issues constructively, seeking effective resolution and swift decision making
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to understand customers’ business challenges and needs
Extra Credit :
  • Ability to translate AI trends into practical applications for insights work
  • Previous experience in the Fashion, Beauty or Luxury industries
  • Experience working within a SaaS or data‑driven technology environment
  • Comfort with data visualization tools (e.g., Metabase, Tableau) to help translate data
  • Experience collaborating with cross‑functional global teams
