Job summary

Under Armour, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate to be the face of the brand, delivering standout customer experiences and driving sales.

You will engage customers with product knowledge, assist with omni-channel requests, and support store operations on the sales floor. In a fast-paced environment, you will collaborate with teammates to promote the UA Rewards program and ensure a sharp, well-stocked store front.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (18 in CA) and ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Able to work flexible hours including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Willingness to learn technology and use handheld devices.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to maximize sales.
• Share product knowledge with customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store.
• Operate front and back-of-store tasks including POS and payments.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests via digital experience.
• Demonstrate teamwork and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
• Promote the rewards program to drive loyalty.
