Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a Branch Manager to oversee operations at USNAVSTA Rota, Spain, ensuring efficient branch performance and staff development. The role leads a team in delivering a full range of banking products and services, including lending and depository accounts, while maintaining compliance, risk controls and customer service excellence.

You will monitor cash processes, drive performance, recruit and train staff, and participate in external outreach and budget

Formación

• Scorecard criteria defined by Branch Operations Governance or external experience.
• Knowledge of federal regulations governing consumer lending and credit products.
• Working knowledge of cash and ATM operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently or in a team.
• Experience mentoring and leading employees; strong organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and lead branch team to provide members the full range of Navy Federal Credit Union products and services.
• Assist the Manager in monitoring cash operations and branch self-auditing for asset security.
• Manage staff to ensure vault opening, closing and balancing procedures.
• Participate in outside marketing and promotional activities for members and potential members.
• Recruit, onboard and train team members; manage budgeting and records retention.
• Analyze reports and conduct trend analysis to optimize business performance.
• Ensure compliance with security, safety and HR policies; supervise daily activities.
• Act as Manager in the incumbent's absence.
