Insud Pharma is seeking an expert in SAP BPC to join a global, transformation-driven team. You will manage functional and technical support for SAP BPC 10.1 on HANA, analyze and implement enhancements, and collaborate with the BPC Lead and Global teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

You should have 8+ years of SAP BPC experience, strong BW knowledge, and advanced Excel/VBA skills. English proficiency is essential in our international environment.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking an Individual Contributor who can work closely with business teams, understand complex needs, and translate them into valuable technology solutions within a global, demanding, and continuously evolving environment.

The challenge!

• Manage the functional and technical support of the SAP BPC 10.1 NetWeaver Standard on HANA solution.
• Analyze, design, and implement enhancements within the platform, ensuring stability, performance, and alignment with business needs.
• Work closely with the BPC Lead and the rest of the team on the continuous evolution of the solution.
• Support a critical global tool used across different areas and businesses of Insud Pharma.
• Coordinate with Global Reporting, Transformation, and Technology teams, as well as other key stakeholders, to understand requirements and turn them into value-driven solutions.
• Actively participate in strategic transformation projects with direct impact on the evolution of the financial planning and reporting model.
• Drive initiatives such as:
  • MDM projects
  • IBP-BPC integration to connect production forecast with financial forecast
  • Contribute to the future evaluation and evolution of the SAP BPC landscape, in a context where the platform may significantly evolve in the coming years.
  • Participate in strategic innovation initiatives and in the introduction of AI into business processes and solution delivery.
  • Identify improvement, automation, and innovation opportunities that bring efficiency, scalability, and business value.
  • Bring a proactive mindset to continuously evolve solutions from a modern, connected, and future-oriented perspective.

What do you need?

• At least 8 years of experience working with SAP BPC.
• Strong knowledge and proven hands-on experience in SAP BPC as a must-have requirement.
• Knowledge of consolidation will be highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BW.
• Proven experience using Excel and VBA Macros.
• High level of English.
• Experience working in complex, global, and constantly evolving corporate environments.
• Ability to work closely with business teams and translate functional needs into technology solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and autonomy.

Nice to have:

• Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
• Knowledge of or experience with Datasphere.
• Knowledge of or experience with SAP BDC.
