InsudPharma is seeking an experienced SAP BPC consultant to join our Madrid team. You will manage the functional and technical aspects of SAP BPC, work with global stakeholders, and drive continuous improvement in financial planning and reporting.

The role requires 8+ years in SAP BPC, strong SAP BW knowledge, Excel/VBA, and a proactive, analytical mindset. You will collaborate with business teams, support a critical global tool, and contribute to S/4HANA and AI‑driven innovations.

Competenze

• At least 8 years of experience with SAP BPC.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP BPC.
• Knowledge of consolidation highly valued.
• Strong knowledge of SAP BW.
• Proven experience using Excel and VBA Macros.
• High level of English.
• Experience in complex, global, evolving corporate environments.
• Ability to work closely with business teams and translate needs into tech solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, problem-solving mindset, and autonomy.

Mansioni

• Manage the functional and technical support of SAP BPC 10.1 NetWeaver on HANA solution.
• Analyze, design, and implement enhancements within the platform, ensuring stability and alignment with business needs.
• Work closely with the BPC Lead and the team on the evolution of the solution.
• Support a critical global tool used across InsudPharma.
• Coordinate with Global Reporting, Transformation, and Technology teams and stakeholders to turn requirements into value-driven solutions.
• Participate in strategic transformation projects affecting financial planning and reporting models.
• Drive initiatives like S/4HANA roll-outs, MDM projects, IBP-BPC integration.
• Contribute to future evaluation and evolution of the SAP BPC landscape.
• Participate in strategic innovation initiatives and AI integration into processes.
• Identify improvements, automation, and innovation opportunities for efficiency and value.
