The role requires deep knowledge of technology solutions and project management experience in a multicultural environment. Responsibilities include executing implementation roadmaps and ensuring adherence to manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate should have a degree in engineering and be highly mobile, willing to travel extensively.

Formación

• Very high mobility, able to travel to all blade plants for extended periods.
• Experience in blade manufacturing and new technology understanding.
• Background in Operations, Quality, Engineering, or Lean.

Responsabilidades

• Execute implementation roadmap for new technologies in moulding.
• Ensure new technologies adhere to manufacturing processes.
• Manage supplier technical relations.
