Newton Colmore Consulting is recruiting a Senior Bioprocess Engineer to join a well-funded tech company shaping AI-driven bioprocessing for pharma, focused on mammalian cell culture and monoclonal antibody production.

You will bridge process biology and advanced sensing, run suspension CHO/HEK293 cultures from bench to pilot, build Raman/PLS models, and translate bioreactor behaviour into engineering and software requirements within a multidisciplinary team.

Formación

• Significant industry experience within pharma/biotech with an upstream focus.
• Experience with cell culture in fed-batch and perfusion bioreactors, including tech transfer under GMP.
• Hands-on with inline/at-line sensors and analytes like glucose, lactate, titer, osmolality.
• Raman spectroscopy experience with PLS chemometric modelling.

Responsabilidades

• Bridge process biology and advanced sensing across scales from bench to pilot.
• Run suspension CHO/HEK293 cultures across bench to pilot scales.
• Build and maintain Raman/PLS models for bioprocess monitoring.
• Translate bioreactor behaviour into engineering and software requirements.
• Collaborate in a multidisciplinary team to advance the technology.
