Grifols seeks a Bioanalytics Scientist to join the Bioanalytics, CMC Product Development area within the Scientific Innovation Office. The role focuses on initiating, planning, and executing analytical activities to meet GMP requirements and project timelines.

The candidate should hold a Life Sciences degree (Master/PhD preferred) with 2+ years in pharmaceutical research, strong data analysis skills, and advanced English. On‑site work in Parets del Vallès is offered.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• Master's and/or PhD is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of research experience, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with in vitro and/or in vivo studies is desirable.
• Solid knowledge of GMP, GLP, ICH guidelines, and other regulatory standards.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis and data interpretation.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1).
• Proficiency in Excel; GraphPad Prism is a plus.
• Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong communication and presentation abilities.
• High level of analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional teams.
• Proactive, committed attitude with a passion for scientific research.

Responsabilidades

• Design, plan, and oversee laboratory studies and experiments to ensure high‑quality scientific outcomes.
• Analyze and interpret data with statistical analysis and trend evaluation.
• Prepare and present scientific results through clear technical reports and presentations.
• Develop, optimize, and validate new laboratory methods under GMP/GLP.
• Conduct literature reviews to support project development and innovation.
• Ensure stability and analytical evaluation of biological products throughout the lifecycle.
• Author study protocols and technical reports with accuracy and traceability.
