A growing HR services firm in Spain seeks an HR Manager to handle the entire HR function for 2 to 4 clients. This role involves talent acquisition, culture development, and employee engagement processes. The ideal candidate will have at least 1–2 years of HR experience and fluency in French and English. This position is 100% remote, focusing on European time zones, and operates on a freelance contract basis. Interview with the HR Manager is required ASAP.

Formación

  • Fluency in French and English (mandatory).
  • Experience in recruitment or HR-related field (1–2 years minimum).
  • Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage full scope of HR functions for 2 to 4 clients.
  • Coordinate talent acquisition processes including scouting and interviews.
  • Develop company culture and manage employee engagement.

Conocimientos

Fluency in French

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will span the full scope of the HR function :

#Talent Acquisition

talent scouting, shortlisting, HR interviews, and recruitment process coordination

#Culture & Retention

culture development, employee engagement, and internal relations management

#Learning & Development

onboarding management, internal knowledge management, and core skills training

You will be responsible for 2 to 4 clients, with high exposure to their management team.

Requirements

Fluency in French and English (mandatory)

Experience in recruitment or HR-related space (at least 1–2 years)

Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is a plus

Location & Status

Place : 100% remote (Europe timezone preferred)
