The BOARD | peol & talent is seeking an experienced Big Data Engineer for a permanent, international project in Madrid. You will design, develop, and optimise data pipelines and big data solutions using Spark, Airflow, Python, Scala, and Kubernetes within enterprise environments.

Strong knowledge of data architecture and distributed systems, plus good English and French communication, will help you collaborate with stakeholders across teams.

Formación

• More than 3 years of experience in Spark, Airflow, Python, Scala, Kubernetes, IBM Cloud, COS/S3, and Bash.
• Experience designing and maintaining large-scale data platforms.
• Strong understanding of data architecture and distributed systems.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Upper-intermediate English; French also considered.

What are we looking for?

• More than 3 years of experience in Spark, Airflow, Python, Scala, Kubernetes, IBM Cloud, COS/S3, and Bash, building and maintaining large-scale data platforms.
• Design, develop, and optimize data pipelines and big data solutions in complex enterprise environments.
• Good understanding of data architecture and distributed systems, with the ability to contribute across multiple projects and teams.
• True team player with strong communication skills, focused on collaboration, knowledge sharing, and working closely with stakeholders.
• Upper-intermediate English required; intermediate French will also be considered.
