Mindmatch en Granada busca un/a BI Consultant para desarrollar y mantener informes y dashboards, y automatizar flujos de trabajo para los equipos globales de Pricing y Category Management.

Trabajarás con Power BI, Power Query, Excel y Power Automate, traduciendo requerimientos en soluciones prácticas, colaborando con usuarios internacionales y equipos centrales de BI ICT.

Formación

• Título universitario en analítica cuantitativa, negocios o sistemas de información.
• Experiencia práctica con Power BI con relaciones de datos y cálculos DAX.
• Experiencia con Power Query, Excel y Power Automate.
• Experiencia en Pricing, Category Management o analítica comercial.
• Capacidad para traducir requisitos aprobados en informes o flujos de trabajo y validar salidas.
• Inglés fluido y capacidad de colaborar en un entorno internacional.
• Estilo de trabajo estructurado y colaborativo.

Responsabilidades

• Construir y mantener informes estándar de Power BI usando fuentes de datos aprobadas.
• Preparar y combinar datos aprobados usando Power Query y Excel.
• Crear vistas de informes para ventas, volumen, margen, precios, productos y clientes.
• Aplicar cálculos acordados y verificar que resultados cumplen con especificaciones.
• Crear flujos de Power Automate para recopilación de datos, validación, notificaciones y seguimiento de estado.
• Soportar Power Apps, Dataverse y flujos de IA dentro de la gobernanza NRF.
• Probar, documentar y entregar las soluciones a los usuarios.
• Resolver incidencias de informes y cambios menores acordados.
• Identificar oportunidades para simplificar procesos de reporte repetitivos.

About the job

As a BI Consultant (Citizen Developer), you will develop and maintain reports, dashboards and selected workflow automations for NRFs global Pricing and Category Management teams.

Your main tools will be Power BI, Power Query, Excel and Power Automate. You will translate approved business requirements into practical and reliable solutions, while working closely with international business users and NRFs central BI and ICT teams.

What will you do?

Build and maintain standard Power BI reports using approved data sources and centrally provided data models where available.

Prepare and combine approved business data using Power Query and Excel.

Create clear reporting views for sales, volume, margin, prices, products, customers and category performance.

Apply agreed calculations and check that outputs match approved business requirements and source information.

Build selected Power Automate workflows for activities such as data collection, validation, notifications and status tracking.

Support straightforward Power Apps, Dataverse and AI-assisted workflow use cases within agreed NRF governance.

Functionally test and document the solutions you develop and provide a practical handover to users.

Resolve normal report-level issues, fix defects and make agreed minor changes.

Identify opportunities to simplify recurring reporting activities or reduce manual work.

Escalate requirements involving new data connections, central models, access, security, integrations or technical platforms to central BI or ICT.

What do you bring?

A relevant university degree in a quantitative, business analytics or information systems field.

Practical experience with Power BI, including data relationships, commonly used DAX calculations, filters and report navigation.

Practical Power Query, Excel and Power Automate experience.

Relevant experience in Pricing, Category Management, Product Management or commercial analytics.

Ability to translate approved requirements into clear reports or workflows and validate outputs against agreed logic.

Fluent English and the ability to cooperate with technical and non-technical colleagues in an international environment.

A structured and collaborative working style, with the ability to handle standard reporting assignments independently.

What would be an advantage?

Basic SQL knowledge.

Experience with Power Apps, Dataverse, SharePoint, Copilot Studio or AI-assisted workflows.

Knowledge of VBA or Python.

Automotive aftermarket experience.

About the team

You will support NRFs global Pricing and Category Management organization, with an approximate 50/50 allocation between both functions. Priorities will follow a joint business backlog.

The role offers room to develop further in business intelligence, low-code automation and selected AI-assisted applications while working within NRFs central BI and ICT standards.
