Opmobility seeks a Geometry Professional to drive metrology-driven validation for fixtures and components. You will manage measurement campaigns, data analysis, and supplier interactions, shaping the geometry strategy for complex projects within a global mobility group.

Responsibilities include defining specifications, leading fixture development, and training teams across networks. A 3–4 year background in geometry/metrology and strong technical communication are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor or Master in engineering with 3–4 years in geometry/metrology in automotive or similar industry.
• Analytical and technical mindset; leadership and clear technical communication.
• Experience with geometry, tolerancing, Gauge RR, dimensional inspection; customer-facing experience advantageous.
• Strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.

Responsabilidades

• Define and write specification books for Checking Fixtures per customer requirements and standards.
• Lead technical follow-up across design, development, manufacturing, validation and tuning of checking fixtures until plant acceptance.
• Validate commissioning of fixtures according to safety, functionality and accuracy requirements.
• Drive Gauge Repeatability and Reproducibility (Gauge RR) and provide operational training.
• Perform dimensional measurement analysis and generate dimensional reports using Excel or Minitab.
• Plan and execute measurement campaigns (1D/2D/3D) and synthesize results for project decisions.
• Validate tolerance commitments in RFQ and oversee geometry folder content and coordination with Design Leader/EPM.
• Lead training and knowledge transfer within PO university and across networks.

You’ll manage measurement campaigns, data analysis, and supplier interactions, shaping the geometry strategy for complex projects. The position sits within a global, innovative group focused on sustainable mobility and industrial excellence. You will empower cross-functional teams with robust measurement methods and tooling to enable reliable product delivery.

• Define and write specification books for Checking Fixtures per customer requirements and standards
• Lead technical follow-up across design, development, manufacturing, validation and tuning of checking fixtures until plant acceptance
