Job summary

Airbus Helicopters España, S.A. is inviting recent graduates to join an 11‑month, full‑time internship in Albacete related to SAP EWM integration and Exotec robotic warehouse interfaces. The program combines structured training with hands-on project work in a dynamic aerospace setting.

You will contribute to testing, documentation, and end-user support while learning ERP systems and logistics processes. The internship starts February 2027 and runs 11 months, with a 40h/week schedule and a study

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s level or higher in computer engineering or related field.
• Strong written and spoken English required for technical documentation.
• Must understand logistics processes and how technical solutions meet requirements.
• Willingness to learn ERP systems and logistics workflows.
• Experience with monitoring systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct testing interfaces between SAP EWM and Exotec Robotic Warehouse.
• Prepare technical documentation for project artifacts.
• Provide end-user support to project team.
• Assist in incident resolution and Change Request management.
• Monitor performance of the SAP EWM–Exotec interface during project.
• Participate in SAP EWM implementation training within the NEW ERP project.

Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector. The current context demands different ways of looking, thinking and relating.

• Starting date February 1st 2027 until January 31st 2028.


• The selection process will take place from November 2026 to December 2026.

What does this internship consist of?

Together with Nebrija University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge considered to be essential in order to grow into professionals of the future.

You will have the opportunity to study a training program, that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11 month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.

The start of the internship will be in early February 2027, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.

Challenges and Responsibilities

• Testing activities for the interface between SAP EWM and the Exotec Robotic Warehouse. (O: Conducted testing activities...)


• Supported the preparation of technical documentation for objects developed during the project phase.


• Collaborated with the team to provide end-user support.


• Assisted in incident resolution and Change Request (CR) management.


• Supported performance monitoring of the interface between SAP EWM and Exotec.


• Training activities during the SAP EWM implementation within the NEW ERP project.

Skills

• Degree in Computer Engineering or similar studies


• English level: Understand and draft technical documentation, and being able to communicate with other AH colleagues


• Ability to understand and follow logistics processes and how their requirements are fulfilled through technical solutions.


• Willingness and aptitude to acquire new skills: learning ERP systems and logistics processes.


• Tracking/monitoring systems.


• Desirable experience with HTTP protocols, RESTful APIs, and JSON notation.


• Software development skills are desirable.


• Ability to deliver technical documentation.


• Committed to delivering quality deliverables on time.
