Airbus Helicopters in Albacete is looking for students for a full-time internship as part of their Graduate Program starting in early October 2026. Interns will support the EHS team with compliance obligations and will gain valuable experience in the aerospace industry.

Overview

The role is part of Airbus Helicopters España's Graduate Program in Spain. It is intended for recent graduates from various disciplines who want to develop a professional career in the aeronautical sector.

Internship Period & Structure

Start: Early October 2026

Duration: 11 months (full‑time, 40 h/week) combined with a Master program organized in training blocks.

Participants receive an attractive study grant.

Responsibilities

• Support and learn from the EHS team on EHS compliance obligations.
• Help implement, monitor and improve the Airbus EHS Management System and check compliance with standards at each site.
• Help ensure that EHS actions are performed in accordance with agreed procedures and tools.
• Support defining communication tasks and provide visibility.
• Help measure and support improvement of EHS performance; support awareness campaigns for employees.
• Support monitoring, promoting and planning EHS objectives in agreement with all site stakeholders.
• Help ensure appropriate actions are in place to continuously work toward EHS compliance and evaluate compliance with environmental regulations, EU, national and local laws.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering and/or Environmental Science.
• English: advanced level.
• IT skills: advanced level in Office; project management skills a plus.
• General knowledge and high motivation in EHS, Sustainability and Aviation.
